I am a PhD candidate at Boston University’s Wheelock College of Education and Human Development, with degree conferral expected in January 2027. I am on the 2026–27 job market.
My research centers on students’ transitions from high school to postsecondary education and the labor market, with a focus on college and career readiness in high-demand sectors. I study how career and technical education (CTE), early college, and career pathways shape students’ educational and economic opportunities.
My path to education policy research began in international development through work on CTE policy reforms in Zambia. I bring a decade of experience in CTE spanning policy practice and quantitative research. My work draws on large-scale administrative data and includes collaborations with interdisciplinary, mixed-methods research teams. I also work closely with policymakers and community partners to address questions relevant to policy and practice.
